ColdForm™EARTH FRIENDLY
ColdForm™ technology is able to take pre-formed fibers, blend
them and produce a non-woven web similar to the meltblowing
process. This technology allows us to process and blend any
number of different fiber types thereby optimizing the performance
of each type of product. Implementing the ColdForm™ line—an
extremely complex building project—facilitates the production of
sorbents with higher absorption rates than those of polypropylene
meltblown sorbents. This production line is capable of producing
over 8,000,000 pounds of unique sorbents.

Meltblown
Meltblown sorbents absorb or hold liquid on the surface of the
fibers. The more fibers, the better the performance. State-of-the-art
equipment, the latest generation of polypropylene resin technology
and the unique way we handle the product during manufacturing all
contribute to maximizing the performance of our products. Pound
for pound, ours are probably the hardest working sorbents in the
business.
Meltblown sorbents absorb or hold liquid on the surface of the

Needle Punch
Needle punch industrial rugs are now also manufactured here at
ESP in Chicago. They perform similarly to other rugs currently
available. The main difference is that our needle punch is gray in
color to better conceal dirt and thereby add to the life of the rug.
Our modernized needle punch line is able to manufacture some
3,000,000 pounds annually of rug. Because it is a fairly small
needle-punch line, we have the flexibility to offer custom types of
rug. We can vary the weight and color to suit individual customer
requirements.

a super performer. We have configured our rag rug line in such a
way as to produce a very fast absorbing rug that is both tough
and soft to the touch. It has been treated with a fire retardant and
can also be ordered perforated. Similar to the needle-punch line,
our rag-rug line is of a size (producing 4,000,000 pounds
annually) to allow us to manufacture custom weights and sizes.
